Fresh Mark has grown from its roots as a regional meat provider in Northeast Ohio to a nationwide supplier of bacon, ham, hot dogs, pepperoni and salami, sliced meats and other specialty meat items. Fresh Mark customers have come to rely on the quality and consistency of our Sugardale and Superior’s Brand Meats lines.

Founded in the early 1920s and 30s, Sugardale and Superior’s paved their own separate paths just miles apart in Canton and Massillon, Ohio. Both companies experienced decades of operational growth and community recognition. Superior’s acquired Sugardale in the late 1970s, uniting both brands under the Fresh Mark umbrella.
